WHAT IS OLAPLEX?

Olaplex is formulated to protect hair from chemical damage. Olaplex not only protects the hair from the process to get a desired color, but it also prevents further damage. ABOUT CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 

Your appointments are very important to me and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 25%.

All guests who cancel within the 24-hour cancellation or whom "no call/no show" to any appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24-hour time frame. 

Out of respect for other guests, services for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at my discretion. I reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

All service adjustments must be performed within 10 days of initial appointment, additional charges may be applied. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Refer a friend and you both will receive $5 off your service! 

Not valid with other promotions. Not valid off of retail items.

VIP PROGRAM

After 3 consecutive recurring appointments, receive 20% off foregoing appointments until consecutive appointments are broken.

PARKING

There is parking in the front of the salon and also parking on the side street. (Brookwood Rd)

CHILD SAFETY POLICY: 

I understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. My concerns are for the safety of your children. I kindly request that ONLY those receiving services be present for their scheduled appointment times.
